Hi i booked and payed for my daughter to get arcrylics and when we got there was told she couldnt because she wasnt over 16 so had to settle for nail polish but still havent had any refund as it shouldnt cost £30 for nail polish she was very upset as had an inportant venue to go to day after and it was to late to book somewere else .

Delighted with the service at Polished Up. My cut and all over colour were just what I expected and my hair stylist was lovely to talk to. The staff were lovely, the salon was quiet and welcoming and very clean. Lovely looking large room with other beauty treatment areas such as nail bar and tanning if you required. I will definitely be back.
