Pedicure was so-so. Staff was lovely, but trainee was very new and not ready perhaps so soaking, cream, exfoliating part was non-existent. The gel polish was good.

Nessy takes such great care in doing a BIAB treatment, she takes her time and you don't feel rushed. She is very skilled and I always enjoy my treatments with her.
