so great, they were short staffed and running a bit behind schedule - completely not their fault and they dealt with it so well! three of them there hadn’t even had lunch and it was 5pm because they were working so hard to make sure they weren’t late, incredibly apologetic and gave me some extra add ons as compensation which was so lovely. A great team and a great service, my nails look amazing too!!
