Kim is really good and I always come away from this place with a manicure that looks great and lasts, but I am started to get frustrated by how fierce the filing/cuticle cutting is from the other member of staff. This is the second time that I have noticed cuts on my cuticle/as a result of my nails being filed down too much and too intensely. I’m not sure if I will come here again unfortunately.
