I have been here many times and had a great experience. This experience was not good. He filed my nails wrong meaning that they were wonky and he then had to cut them short and he cut my cuticles when trying to buff out my nails. When it was already clear that a bad job had been done I was charged an additional £10 over the Treatwell price which was because they had to redo one biab nail and add an extension on the other - but it was their biab application

Absolutely love this nail shop! The salon is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and feels so luxurious and relaxing the moment you walk in. Every detail is thoughtfully done, from the elegant décor to the calming atmosphere.
