I can’t recommend Kelly enough! I asked for short nails, which can be tricky to work with, but her eye for detail and perfectionism left me with flawless BIAB nails. She takes the time to shape and perfect every nail, and the end result is stunning. Her work is consistent, clean, and lasts beautifully. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about quality and getting your nails just right – Kelly is the one! She even came into the salon short notice to cover because it got so busy !!

I’ve been coming here for years, but this last visit was disappointing. I was quoted £15 extra for nail art, then charged £20 without warning. When I questioned it, I was made to feel like a problem. That’s not how loyal customers should be treated. Unprofessional and unclear pricing — I won’t be returning.
