HI, I don't think it was Kelly on the day. It was the first appointment so quiet which I liked but the young man who did my treatment was a but rough with his massage and although helpful at the start with me choosing my colour combinations I felt was a bit inpatient towards the end.

This was my first time getting acrylics done and I'm glad I went there. They explained all my options to me very clearly and were super friendly and chatty. However they let you relax and just enjoy being pampered in piece if you wanted. The process wasn't rushed but you finished in good time which was fab for me. Nails looked just how I wanted and still going strong 2 weeks later. Make cash though ☺️
