I usually go to the other shop to get gel manicures, so I thought these two shops were still linked and I could get my previous gel nails removed free of charge before the next application. I was wrong. I didn't know the shops had split and were under new management, but they didn't honour the original deal and I had to pay £5 extra which was unfortunate. So be warned! Great service and application otherwise!
