Even though i had booked I had to wait 30min before getting a spot. There was an overwhelming smell of acetone and no aeration. Once the pedicure started the water temperature went back and forth from ice cold to scalding hot before getting it right. My chair arm was broken which didn't make it very comfortable. In the end i was in for two hours for a simple pedicure with normal polish. The pedicure itself was fine but overall experience wasnt great.

Normally I have a really good experience with polish my nails but unfortunately this time the gentleman with the diamond tattoo made a mistake and shorted my nails when I already said that the lady before him had already shortened my nails. He didn’t listen and carried on when I caused a Seen he didn’t apologise instead he spoke to me rudely which was unprofessional and disrespectful. So I will not be returning to the archway polish my nails branch and will return to the blackstock road shop!
