Lovely, spacious space but lacked warmth. Staff seemed rushed, prioritizing volume over experience. Even with a booking, I had to wait. My manicurist was skilled but seemed hurried, which took away from the overall relaxation.

Love my nails, they are all very even and neat. The colour is perfect. One of the best French manicures I have had. A few of my cuticles ended up bleeding which caused some discomfort over the following days but this was minor.
