The service over all is fine, but their is a bit of a lack of care. I left covered in someone else’s nail clippings as the nail technician next to me wasn’t looking at the mess she made. Small changes would make this place great. The service is fine, but the equipment looks a bit tired and dirty.

Electrically filed my nails and the skin around them. Having to use antiseptic everyday to stop infection and inflammation. Booked with manager but she left me with an incompetent person despite me complaining that she was ruining the shape I asked for. They made me pay an extra £12 for pedicure saying I'd only asked for a polish change.. then they only put nail polish and said i must pay more for shellac! They left me 20min to dry and I had to ask for some oil. Some guy came mid pedicure with his gloves still on and did it. Gross service. Not once in the manicure were my fingers in water. Pedicure lady was excellent. They clearly know the difference but they let this person work and pressure the customer. At one point I had to pull my hands away as she wasn't listening. Was wrong to trust her. Worst manicure ever. Want my money back
