V pleased with my hair - would have been even more pleased to get an apology for 15 mins lateness! Receptionist did apologise and gave me coffee, btw, so it wasn't all that big a deal, just would have got the fifth star. But I was glad Mari didn't try to make conversation otherwise - I was happy with silence!

I have some weird air bubbles on my nails after they were done and its not the first time the finish hasnt been spot on. I think it's hit and miss and the lighting doesn't help. Everyone is really lovely but I don't know if I'll be returning again
