Such lovely people and a lovely environment. Unfortunately the mani/pedi was actually really painful (she dug really hard on my nail beds) and the gel peaked off after 1 day
The salon is stunning. The flower walls and ceiling make it feel like such a special experience. The team were fabulous and very friendly. And clearly had lots of regulars coming and going which is always a good sign.

Lisa was nice. Firstly the polish on my hands was done poorly, there are many visible bumps and the finish is not smooth like it should be. I had to explain several times that she hadn’t filed my nails evenly. This salon do the scrub after applying gel which doesn’t work well. Was charged for shellac removal without being informed when I called and said I needed it, which was an extra £10! Appt took over 2 hours.
