Its such a shame I have to say this as I was really excited about my facial.. the place is really lovely and staff are bubbly and friendly. The facial really let it down for me. during my facial the same water was used, during cleansing, exfoliation and mask.. which I find to be unhygienic. It should be fresh water used to remove the product. a lot of the Mask was left on my face and in my hair which I had to scrub out myself after.Sorry I would definitely not recommend coming here for a facial.
