I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen, there were customers in there not wearing masks and staff weren’t wearing masks. My nails have started chipping already it’s been 24 hours, and I asked for one shape and got a completely different shape. Atmosphere wasn’t welcoming, barely any conversation made. Really disappointed. I really liked this place the first time I went so I was eager to go back, but after this experience I’m not sure if I’ll be going back.

I had a wash, cut and blowdry with Latifah and it was amazing. Spoke about what cut and finished I wanted and came out exactly how I wanted. Lovely hair wash and left the salon feeling great! Would defo recommend!

Really disappointed, the finished was really bad, i foundat out little holes/bubble u can see then clearly and have a few cuts. Definitely I’m not will be back

Latifah gave a great wash, cut & blow dry. She knew what she was doing, friendly, and gave me the best blow dry I think I’ve ever had at a salon! I’ve had some bad experiences in hairdressers before but I’ll definitely be returning here next time. The service was running late so the owner added the blow dry on top for no extra charge (I had just booked a wash and cut). It’s the next morning and the haircut really suites my face shape :) thanks!!
