Initially, I wasn’t happy with the finish of my nails. The surface was uneven and the colour was patchy. However I came back and the team was very happy to fix it for me. Excellent customer service!

Latifah is a great hair stylist and gave me the best cut I’ve had in years! I’m really looking forward to my balayage with her next time!

I visited Poison Ivy after I previously had acrylics done at another store extremely badly. Mai-Ly was extremely careful due to the deep filling that had been done at the other store and the sensitivity I felt to filing. Great attention to detail when it came to shaping the nails and desired thickness. Fantastic nail design, exactly as I had requested. Will definitely be visiting again!
My first set of acrylics were brilliant and lasted 3 weeks (done by someone else in the team) however the infills I had done were terrible and had to be redone a couple of days later by the same girl who seemed disinterested and really quite cold. The infills didn’t last barely over a week and I had to take them off which is super disappointing - Pretty salon however and the manager is lovely but some improvements could be made.
