The stuff didn’t make me feel welcome at all. The only conversation happened was: hello and goodbye. The whole atmosphere was off. The station were I had my treatment was quite dirty,too.
In terms of the service, I had booked a Gel removal thinking that since I paid £10 they would at least file my nails but they literally just removed the gel.
I’m really disappointed and I’m not going back to the salon.
The best service! Latifah is amazing, always explains everything and always does the best job. Love this salon and will definitely come back again.
The overall experience was just.The appointment was slightly delayed,therefore the whole experience felt rushed and as a result the haircut is not sitting right. Social distancing between me and the customer before me was not observed.I was sat down for hair wash and the lady before me was sitting right next to me.I understand that somebody was squeezed in between appointments, that is not professional, especially if there's a first time customer like me.I'm sorry, but I will not be coming back.
