After my balayage appointment I wasn’t entirely sure on the end colour - gorgeous application/blending but not what I wanted colour wise. Contacted the salon via Instagram 2 days later as I wanted to sit with the colour before deciding if I liked it or not. Eloise booked me in for an appointment ASAP to fix the colour after I said it wasn’t working for me. Super happy with the customer service and the end result!
Really pleased. I didn’t like the first set I did and Eloise was very professional and asked me to come back so she could do it again, the second one was great and I left really pleased. I definitely recommend.
