i travel over an hour to come here just because there’s nowhere else that i like more. El is the loveliest and most patient angel ever, she was so understanding about my anxiety - she was so comforting and really lovely to talk to, it completely calmed my anxiety and it was the first activity in a long while that i didn’t have to walk away from, i’m glad to have shared an important moment for me with her and poison ivy 💗

I have never had hair extensions before and I was quite apprehensive. Briony was incredible. She made me feel so relaxed and calm but also did the most incredible job- my hair is mine “but better”- exactly as per brief. I absolutely love my extensions- every day is a good hair day and I have Briony to thank.
