I’ve been coming to Latifah for my balayage for close to two years - I was never satisfied until I found her! My hair always feels amazing after she works her magic. She is v professional and super friendly. She also remembers what I’ve liked in previous appointments which is always appreciated. The other staff at Poison Ivy are also lovely, including the owner.
Ignore the 1 bad review below because Latifah/Poison Ivy are the absolute best and I would recommend them any day of the week 😊❤️

Made things so unnecessarily complicated for me when booking (I didn't even get to the point of using their services), extremely unprofessional and not very skilled with both people nor hair led to a situation that gave me a huge headache, rude staff members deflecting blame on the phone and insanely unclear booking services they're a joke of a salon I will never on my worst days come here again. Avoid at all costs

The overall experience was ok-ish, but I wouldn’t recommend the express manicure, it’s basically a rushed filing and nail polish which definitely doesn’t look like a professional manicure at the end. Also Natalie seems a bit inexperienced so if I visit the salon again I will book in with another person.

Today my life changed - I got BIOM nails and I am so happy. After 30 seconds I could reach into my bag and THEY DIDNT CHIP!!!!! Game changer. Gorgeous Salon. Emilia was amazing. I’ll see you in six weeks x
