I don't think I will return. Although the staff was nice, the treatment wasn't worth the price. The descriptions not clear of what is the treatment.

I booked a Deluxe Gel Mani&Pedi and chose “first available technician” option. And the person who applied my gel manicure was a disaster and I asked her to stop. Then I had to wait for 40min to have a proper technician. It took 3h in total.
If they don’t have enough technician, they shouldn’t accept booking. “First available technician” shouldn’t mean that I have limitless time and can wait there for hours.

I‘m really disappointed, Poison Ivy just doesn’t seem to have consistency with their nail technicians. I had beautiful nails done here before by Emilja. But I also had two disappointments. The first time nails didn’t last as long, but at least it looked great. The following times with Emilja we’re amazing but she’s unavailable right now unfortunately. This time was a disaster, Sharp edges, uneven gel, gel over my cuticles+finger tips. My hands look horrendous. This place needs consistent quality
