Unfortunately it was not the best facial, it was supposed to be a deep cleansing facial but I left with a lot of spots, and for 2 hours we had the same music playing in repeat, the water in the steamer was a funny strong yellow colour with alot of limescale build up, it was a really shame because on Instagram their facials look amazing but mine definitely was not what I thought it’d be and also for alot of money which I think the price should definitely be lowered

I wanted to find a new nail spot following many disappointments from my last place (of 8 years!) Billie was warm, friendly, funny and most of all knowledgeable about nails, techniques and had good advice on my poorly treated hands. Will definitely go back… and may even try out the hairdressing side of the business next! A really good local find.

Jen is a phenomenal lash technician, she listens and then delivers! Her lashes are always on point and she cares about how you feel and how you want to look.
She’s warm and welcoming, professional and friendly. I’ve been having my lashes done with Jen for over a year now and I can’t see me ever letting anyone else near them!
