Such a bad experience that could have been fixed so easily. I went to latifah to get highlights. I’ve had bad experiences at other salons and showed her pictures of chunky highlights that I hated. She reassured me she wouldn’t do that. After her rebleaching my roots to fix her mistake, I was left with an orange scalp. Tried to call to give her a chance to fix the mistake again, and she wants me to pay. She gaslighted me and told me I had never once brought these concerns to light which is false.

I asked for water and I was told there is only tap water…if you are paying £120+ for a wash/cut/colour you would expect a basic necessity like water!!! Did not feel like a salon experience at all. Everything is dirty and unhygienic and I asked for black and received a warm brown which is very annoying! Will not be returning , AVOID at all costs!!
