What an amazing experience! First wax after lockdown so was dreading it naturally, Arta was wonderful, so friendly and chatty, put me at ease and was so sympathetic to the pain! But she was very very good too and there wasn’t much pain. Professional and friendly, a perfect mix! Will go back to Arta for sure.
