The venue is very pretentious - I thought it would be of high quality because I've seen a lot of social media people go there, but I think the good customer service is reserved for these "famous" people. I asked for 2 inches to be cut off my hair and ended up having 5 taken off. Also asked for a shape around my face but for all of my hair to be blunt cut and ended up with feathering (when my hair is quite thin to begin with). Such a hostile environment you're too nervous to mention issues.
