My experience was generally ok, but I wasn’t happy with one of my eyebrows, which was over waxed so I was left with just over half an eyebrow on one side. I only noticed when I got home, so emailed the salon for help, but I never heard from them. I’ve had this treatment at the salon a few times before, and this is the first issue, but I was disappointed and had to spend £20 on two shades of eyebrow pen to draw the rest of my eyebrow back on.
