Showed a photo of how I last had my hair toned (7 weeks previously), very bright ashy blonde. I left with grey darker hair, having had a bleach bath put on after she’d left purple shampoo on my hair for too long as the ‘toner’ the first time. Really unhappy with it. Fine she attempted to rectify her mistake but i was particularly annoyed with the fact my hair had to then be bleach bathed, further adding damage. Had to pay full price still.
