Very disappointed with the treatment from Alda. As a returning client I didn’t expect such bad quality of work - extensions fell off after 12 days, and the receptionist was arguing with me that it has been 3 weeks since my last appointment. I didn’t even ask for refund- only wanted to remove extensions free of charge - however the salon manager said no, continuing to argue that it has been 3 weeks, even though it has been less than 2 weeks. Salon clearly doesn’t care about their clients.
