The staff was very nice and polite and the lady who applied my spray tan was lovely, payed attention to details and very carful with the application. My tan looks superb.

Great experience before but haven’t been for a few months and had someone different and this experience unfortunately wasn’t good. 2 other customers asked about getting nails done whilst I was in, neither had appointments. It was clear the nail technician didn’t have time to do either but didn’t want to turn away the business. So rushed through mine, not leaving the gel to set properly before filing causing it to wrinkle which I noticed after leaving and now starting to peel after 4days.

I was 4 mins late for my appointment, for which I apologised. I was told the next appointment had been booked for 20 minutes’ time, so they wouldn’t have enough time to remove & reapply my gel nails, so we rearranged for me to come back later. I was fine with this but the lady who spoke to me was very rude and sat on her phone watching videos during my appointment which was unprofessional. I had booked with Francesca but they changed this to a new beauty therapist who was nice but inexperienced.
