Unfortunately when I showed up my appointment was not with who I booked it - I wish this would have been communicated prior. The wax itself was ok, not as good as I am used to and the woman who did them was very nice, but I do think if you book with someone and they are not available then this should be communicated with the client. I have been going here for years now so this was really disappointing.

Such a beautiful little salon and I’ve had shellac done in the past here which I highly recommend but sadly I don’t recommend getting BIAB here. The product wasn’t applied correctly so there was excess overlap on the sides of the nails which led to the nails peeling after less than a week. Very disappointing as it’s not a cheap treatment by any means. Again I really love this salon and have had a great experience with other treatments but sadly not recommended for BIAB x
