I had eyebrow and lip threading done at Poise for the first time today. Lovely vibe at the salon and everyone I interacted with was very professional. Recommend!

The manicure and pedicure were not done neatly, not all the skin around the fingers and toes was removed (they tried to cover it with oil and cream so that everything looked OK), but as soon as the oil and cream were absorbed, everything that was not completed came out. The gel polish was applied, not accurate, too. I asked for a refund or redo the service, but there was no response at all. Not advice anyone to go to this salon at all, because staff is not friendly and not responsible for things they are doing at all
