I would NEVER trust another soul with my brows after going to Luc!!! He is not only my little gossip buddy for the hour of my appointment where we have laughs and stories for the full hour, but he is so so skilled at what he does. I receive so many compliments on my brows every time I have them done and the shape and precision of them actually blows me away every time I look in the mirror. Best brow artist in the game🤌🏽Cant wait for my next appointment this Saturday!
