I got CHARGED TWICE. I opted for “Signature brow” through the app and i was told to make another booking if i were to do lamination, not knowing that i’d get charged for the first appointment even if i didn’t get the treatment. I was not informed by Luke (the stylist) about it when I first got there. I was only charged for the lamination on that day but i got charged for the first appointment the following day. Luke said he can’t do anything bout it and can only save that for future appointment

This is not the first time I’ve been to luc and certainly will not be the last! His lash lifts are exceptional, I feel so much more confident without makeup on, and the lift lasts weeks! I find Luc’s technique the best and also very comfortable too. I also had my brows done and wow, he knows just by looking at you what to do! If you hate compliments then maybe not for you because you will get them after a trip to luc! The best in the biz
