So, I’ve visited Luc several times now for an eyebrow tint and shape, since he’s been based in Evan hair and he’s just great! Luc is lovely and really listens to what you’re looking for, takes time to create really fab brows and then delivers! I’ve deservedly rated Luc with top marks and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him at all!
