Louisa was great from the beginning, she gave me a thorough consultation and advised me on what would suit my face shape and skin tone, She is very skilled at what she does, I can say that she gave me the best hair cut I have ever had and the colour looks amazing! Great atmosphere and to top it off she gave me a lovely glass of Prosecco and nibbles! I’m so happy that I have found my new hairstylist.

Great atmosphere, Absolutely In love with my hair, amazing keratin treatment my hair is smooth and so much Easier for me to look after, I also had a skin booster, I am nervous of needles but she made me feel relaxed and comfortable, she was very gentle with the needle, I would definitely recommend Louisa and I will definitely be back for sure! Thank you

I had a very disappointing result of an expensive keratin hair treatment and haircut with Louisa. Before she started, she told me that the keratin product that she is using will make my hair soft & frizz free which is what I wanted, unfortunately , this has little effect on my hair & it ended up with more visible frizz on the front & top of my head. Annoyingly, within few days I have to use the hair mask in order to tame the frizz. Haircut- layer is terrible too! Bad experience with Louisa👎🏻
