First time at this venue as it was conveniently near me, but it felt like a huge gamble since eyebrows can be so particular!
That being said, Kajal was super kind and thoughtful and did an amazing job -- best eyebrows shape I've ever had and she nailed the tint colour to perfection!
She was very reassuring and gentle, I really loved the experience. Am happy to say I will be a regular from now on!
