Even before meeting Charlotte (txts) she made me feel comfortable, which she did when I met her too. Throughout the dermaplane and lymphatic massage she was checking how I was and put me at ease. My skin felt lovely after the dermaplane and after the lymphatic massage my body felt light and the pain I have was greatly reduced. I will definitely be returning
