This is a mobile service. He didn’t show up. I called him and he said he was running his shop that day. I could come in a join the end of his long queue there as he hadn’t checked his online bookings. He didn’t seem to understand that I had already paid for this either. I don’t think any of this is deliberate, but the whole point of booking a time is to avoid joining the back of a queue. Nor did I want to now drive a few miles to his place. It’s just a bit of a mess and I’ve lost the money now. I feel he should stick to the shop rather than an online service as this is becoming a theme in his reviews.
booked online and recieved confirmation. Not clear it's a mobile hairdressers and the map/directions took me to the wrong address. called the number and the guy answered the phone.. sounded like he was in still in bed.
