Great manicure and thought I’d check it out because of their vegan range but honestly not one person spoke to me the entire time. I wasn’t offered a drink. Nobody started a conversation which I found incredibly awkward overall. Usually when I have my nails done in another salon close by, the technicians chat away and we all have a laugh and I’m offered a drink (anything from tea to Prosecco) every time. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Three clients sat in a row and not a single word spoken...

I absolutely love Plaster. The salon is so pretty, airy and bright. A really nice peaceful environment to get your nails done. Gel polish used is The Gel Bottle, which I find has good staying power. 10 days after my gel manicure, my nails are still perfect. The technicians are extremely thorough and careful, it doesn’t feel like other salons where they’re trying to get you out of there as quickly as possible. They take their time making sure the application is perfect. I really appreciate having the Skim option for when you just need a quick buff and polish.

Great manicure! I hadn’t had gels before but I am convert now. The staff were all really friendly and knowledgeable. I had chosen a plain colour but Zahra added some extra detail which looks amazing.
I’m really pleased with my nails and will definitely be back to try something new.
