I had a 10am appointment and the staff was late. The staff was nice but very casual - unfortunately my mani and pedi chipped after 24 hours … would not recommend

Had some broken off nails. Have never been charged extra before (though I'd understand if I had been). Wasn't told I'd be charged on top for these and then was rudely spoken to when I noted this was new when told at end. unimpressed
