Was really pleased with my nails when I left the salon. This wasn’t the case 24hrs later- my gels has turned from a grey/taupe colour to khaki (apart from the tips that retained the original colour). This has never happened before when I’ve had gels.
Went back to the salon and they were fantastic - apologetic and eager to put things right immediately! They removed the gels and I chose a different colour, which hasn’t given any issues.
A great customer experience ! 😊
