Staff were very polite and friendly. Manicure was excellent - as always - 9/10 times my nails have lasted WEEKS longer than anywhere else, with no chipping or damage and this has been the same. Pedicure felt a bit rushed with q limited treatment to feet / nailbeds - didn't feel as luxurious as in some places i have been, but has lasted very well even just with normal polish
