This place has gone massively downhill which is a pity. Staff seem uninterested to a hostile extent towards clients, and are slouching around and being on their phones while the salon looks dirty & unkempt and could do with a tidy up. I know that many nail salons get away with being like this but I'd love to find one that's clean, tidy and shows some care & professionalism towards customers. Not looking for the Ritz but a little attitude change would make a huge difference here.
