The venue is nice enough and they have a brilliant colour range and the end manicure result is great and it lasts.
My only issue is that it is dirty - they don't clean any of their utensils and tools from customer to customer which is gross! By the looks of some of the tools, I don't think they have ever been cleaned.

Double dipping!!! So unhygienic. For the price you would expect hot wax said nothing of being g strip wax for Hollywood on website. Missed so many areas. Extremely disappointed.
