I was nervous about my first laser treatment and I have considered this from quite a time. I am thankful to Pravda for all of the information and advices she gave me before taking the decision. I appreciate you taking off your own time during our previous sessions to explain me the process pre and after care. The treatment went smoothly and painless. Pravda guide me through all the steps and put me at ease as I was worried about the pain. environment was cosy and welcoming as the previous times.
