I very much appreciate that my appointment was accommodated due to an error I made. During the appointment the therapist was tapping me when she wanted me to move as opposed to verbally communicating with me which I found very disconcerting.
When I got home and looked at my nails they weren’t up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Pixie. I could see my own nails beneath the gel colour that had been applied and my cuticles look untidy.
Hoping this is a one off.
