Was kept waiting for 30 mins after my booked appointment time and did not receive an apology or any acknowledgement of the delay.
Place looked like it needed a deep clean including the nail utensils which were not in sanitised & sealed bags or disinfectant liquid giving the impression they are not cleaned between customers.
Mani was so poor and light tough - the girl I had barely did anything and I ended up filing my nails myself to get the desired shape.

On this visit they did the polish and topcoat far too close to my cuticles, so it started peeling within about 4 days. Took 1.5hour for the gel manicure with removal, so pretty slow too.
