Terrible and painful experience at Pixie Nails. They were running late so the appointment took 2 hours instead of 1 hour 10 mins.
The lady doing my pedicure paid no attention to detail - the water in the basin was extremely hot meaning I ended up scolding my feet. I found it particularly rude that she stopped doing my pedicure little after starting to do another client’s nails.
To add insult to injury, the manicure was poor quality with nails filed to different shapes and lengths.

As always the gel manicure was great! Loads of colours to pick from, nice atmosphere in the salon and great price. Yen was really precise and my nails are looking lovely.
