I am very pleased with the BIAB nail service once again - these are truly the most beautiful nails I have ever had. Joy is very talented, pays great attention to detail and is always lovely. The nails last well too. The only complaint I have is that my appointments have been starting quite late for the past two times - previously 15 minutes and now 20 minutes which has been inconvenient for me. Also I felt that Joy had to rush through my manicure - got no massage nor even hand cream at the end.
