My nails were fine, two were over-filed, which is sad because they were my actual natural nail . I noticed this once I left but I figure it will grow out.. eventually. Unfortunately I was left to wait over 20mins past my appt time until I was served. No one apologised to me for the wait. I felt reeally disrespected. especially being a regular. I tried to move past it but then I had to wait as my nail colour was passed to another guest who arrived later than me… as I was going to get it applied.
